We have a large airy function room that can seat approx 40 persons. The room can be completely blacked out for visual presentations on either the large video projector or the 42” Plasma TV. All Audio & Video is setup ready for a quick interface for business presentations. What better than a high powered, high focused business meeting followed by teas and coffees on the waterfront looking over the beach or even a lunch buffet. With ferries from Central on a frequency of 20-30 mins and the journey time only taking 25 mins, Hemingway’s is the perfect quick getaway for some constructive down time.
Business Conferences
With ease of travel from the city and close proximity to HK International Airport, Hemingway’s would be the perfect venue to put a funky twist on any business conference. Make your conference one that everyone will remember.
With the close proximity to the beach, we can help organize team building events to help your team “think outside of the box”. These exercise are geared to show that only as a team will you succeed in any of the tasks set, and by mixing things up a bit human barriers are broken when they are forced to work together in a fun casual environment. Lunch and refreshments will be laid on at the waterside terrace.
Product Launch / Fashion Show
With a large outdoor area fringed by palm trees and overlooking the beach, Hemingway’s offers and idyllic setting to launch your brand in an outdoor environment. With a clear space area of some 200sq meters and the flexibility of all moveable fittings and fixtures our outdoor waterfront terrace is unique in Hong Kong.
Beach Weddings
We have already carried out Hong Kong’s first official beach wedding held in January 2007. This is a completely new option for couples wishing to tie the know in a not so traditional way.
We have a full wedding package booklet ready for all inquiries that has a simple step by step guide to planning your special day.
Hemingways has also played host to several wedding receptions due to the relaxed beautiful atmosphere of our outdoor waterside terrace complete with nightly fireworks show compliments of Hong Kong Disney.
Birthday Parties
Whether it’s your 1st or your 40th we can offer tailor packages to suit, making your special day a fun and memorable.
With food and beverage packages ranging from canapés to buffets we can offer indoors or outdoors depending on your preference.
For the kids we have the addition of cartoons, helium balloons and games.

Junk Parties
We have contacts for several Boat Operators and can either organize the boat plus food and beverage onboard, or simply provide catering for your own boat.
Everything is possible from Central / Aberdeen Pickup – Watersports Fun – Lunch Onboard – Harbour Cruise – Dinner BBQ at Hemingway’s
We can even organize the logistics to take you and your party to a remote beach, set up our BBQ with Chef and Dj with a Sound System so you can party the night away with no disturbances under the stars.
